JAMES CULLUM
KELLY OF THIS CITY
The 'Globe' last eve. published an extract from a
letter received by Mayor Keefe of Halifax inquiring for heirs of the late James
Cullum KELLY. Mr. Kelly was at one time a captain in the 61st Regt. and
afterwards a surveyor of the Imperial Customs in this city. He was interred in
the Old Burying Ground and his tombstone, still standing, bears the following
inscription:
